Peter Barwikowski: Co- Owner and Lead Carpenter
Peter grew up in the trade, following in his father's footsteps as a skilled carpenter. Peter resides in Litchfield County, amongst most of his clientele. He established his own business in 2018 and has expanded his services and staff to be able to cover everything from painting to framing, building, and even emergency repair services. Peter is always only a call away and usually minutes from any job.
Peter is fully licensed and insured.

Sara Barwikowski: Co Owner, Light Carpentry, Scheduling, Billing
Sara and Peter have been married for 6 years. She has been working beside Peter for 4 years and handles most of our painting, power washing, and maintenance jobs. You will see her working next to Peter and Matt on rough carpentry and finish carpentry jobs as well! When she is not on site she manages our billing, invoicing, and purchasing.
Matt: Carpenter
Matt has been in the carpentry field for over a decade working with some of the area's best builders. He and Peter are childhood friends. He is Peter's right-hand-man and brings much expertise to every job.
Josephine: Purchasing
aka Jojo assists Peter in purchasing and selecting materials from the lumber yards and home stores. She's quality control for all selected materials, and works for Milkbones.
